One says Ethiopia. The other says Guji, Hambela, 1,950m, washed, harvested February.
The second one is why your flat white tastes like a peach today and like a biscuit last month. Single origin is not a quality claim — it is an address. And an address is what lets you order the same thing twice.
Our September Guji is on the site. The roast date is on the bag, where it belongs.
